The big stadium after Haymarket is Murryfield and is a rugby stadium, its where the Scottish rugby team play their home games. The football stadium as you arrive at Kirkaldy is Starks park home of Championship side Raith Rovers. Im not keen on Starks park. I'm a Dunfermline fan and Rovers are local rivals. Anyway, I enjoyed your video. The Fife circle is my local line. I use Dunfermline Queen Margaret but if I'm with my friend we drive to Inverkeithing and get the train there to Edinburgh. Just a wee bit more info. The Forth bridge opened in 1890 and 200 passenger trains a day still cross it

Really enjoyed this video and loved your commentary. I need to purchase the Fife Circle Line. Love the Scottish routes on TSW. Where abouts are you from? Is that a Yorkshire accent? My mum’s from Sheffield, so I love northern accents. 😊

The body of water to your right as you head up the Fife coast is the Firth of Forth which flows into the North Sea about 30 miles further east. Firth being the Scottish word for estuary.

The GSM/R is the Global system mobile communication Railway it’s used to contact the signaller in event of emergencies and other things it’s encrypted network for security on the 170 the small panel above GSM/R allows you to change the destination display the screen you were asking about is a cctv monitor screen though it has no function in tsw4
