So the deputy chief claims that this officer did not violate policy but in the very next instant admits that he was not acting in a professional manner which means he was at minimum violating a policy which in Illinois is violating a state law called misconduct in public office. His policy dictates his duties to him so therefore if he violates his policy he is refusing to follow a duty of his job which constitutes misconduct in public office a felony charge in Illinois I know this for a fact because I have looked it up for Illinois considering I am in Wisconsin and plan to audit in Illinois.

The Constitution’s basic purpose was to equalize the obtuse power of government institutions against the individual. If only police could understand the basic problem with abusing the magnifying of their governmental power to act without the limits of law. If there was 5 plumbers working together and 1 was a bad plumber, as in did more damage than fixing. The other 4 plumbers would either teach him to be a better plumber or he would be fired. They wouldn't cover for him and tell the customer, "Everything he did was fine, he did everything to code" and then let him keep doing the same on future jobs. If a plumber has a bad Yelp review, you can choose a different plumber. If you call the cops, you get what you get and there is no situation a bad cop can't make worse.

Especially when they are killing somebody unlawfully and by doing so they are depriving that individual of their right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness which are civil rights meaning these individuals committed Federal felonies that hold a maximum sentence of life in prison or the death penalty. So why are these charges not brought and these sentences ever handed down properly to these domestic terrorists

When this investigation's guy starts talking about he's not allowed to do things because it violates citizens rights but a citizen can do the same thing and it doesn't violate citizens rights the reason that is is because we the people have rights according to the Constitution and supreme Court I believe public officials cannot exercise their rights at the same time that they are exercising their privileges and immunities. So therefore when they are on duty exercising their privileges and immunities granted by their duties then they cannot claim to exercise the same rights in the same ways as we the people. And the government cannot infringe on our rights and yes it is most definitely different when a government official is doing the same actions as a random member of the public considering that government official when doing those things that are out of the ordinary for a regular law enforcement officer in the course of their duties is that officer attempting to go above and beyond their authority and use civil rights that they don't have the ability to exercise at that point in time to violate and try to criminalize the public that they are supposed to be serving. You cannot serve a group of people that pay your paycheck and expect them to be okay with you trying to act like an overlord and not a public servant
