@@Seawhaleorgonite yeah that never happens,, example, I'm in the parking lot of a public library where we're allowed to sit and use public Wi-Fi in our cars.. I get surrounded by 5 to 6 cop cars.. they come up to my car tell me to roll down my windows.. and they want to see you in the trunk.. they wanted to see if there was a woman in the car... lol I'm like really I wish a hot woman was in my car.. then there was nothing in my car. I didn't have to open my trunk, but I did anyway... then they tried to fish for a trespassing from the library when the library is not the one that called... I explain to them I have to be doing something illegal for them to trespass me in the first place.. I know everybody inside I know all the security guards they would never have called turns out one of the visitors to the library called.. And was sitting across the parking lot watching the whole thing.. I pointed it out to the police. they didn't want to know anything about it. I knew the person was suspicious. The way they're acting they did nothing but I get partially swatted for what..lol but yeah, they even try to fish for a trespass they can't, but that's how shitty cops can be. That's why I'm always watching these shows because I've been harassed by cops relentlessly sometimes over the past five years... never had problems with police in my life.. not even a ticket.. they always want the ID cookie too but for me I'm in my car so they can just scan my plates and see who I am.. lots of bad cops in Mesa Arizona.. so tell me, would you be intimidated would you wanna come back to the library to use it? Hoping this doesn't happen again because it's happened before two... but that time only one cop came up to the car,, another time they got a call that somebody's looking in vehicles.. i'm like I don't know about that but I just got out of my car now and I'm about to go into the library to use the bathroom.. there was no one walking around.. but the cop knew me personally, but still confronted me.. they'll even do it on private property and I've had a place actually tell the police to back off and stop harassing her customers..lol so yeah, it's all about intimidations especially this video. The guy and girl should be fired. That's not how you deal with the public. All they would need to do is watch the video.

Both me filming and the Yellow guy, both might be out of the ordinary, but both are still legal. I think everyone is giving the very first officer a bit of a break. Granted, we've seen FAR WORSE, but he was also failing to fully acknowledge that hanging out filming govt in the course of their duties, and public filming in general IS official business and you have every right to do so, for as long as you like, without being rushed OR BEING HARASSED FOR DOING SO. I'm sure TTA is already crafting his follow up. He's getting the police and ranger calls and seeing if they warrant filing complaints, and for whom exactly. TTA FAMily!

Just read up on Lake County Forest preserves. They will be cutting their budget by 23% over last year ($23,663,504) and are getting their rangers body worn camera this year (and in their cars). They will be giving out increased information on the emergence of cicadas this year (the every 17 year brood). John Nelson is a bit of a clown saying "Where you're leading with filming, intimidating a lot of people, causing a bigger scene", as no public employee should be intimidated by a camera. Even the cop got a laugh out of it when he said he was recording. I do not think he understands that being intimidated is a personal thing when someone is not trying to intimidate them. A lot of people that do not interact with police are intimidated by them. If you go to a party where you know only the person you go with, you may be intimidated at first when you arrive. There is a huge difference between intimidating someone, and a being intimidated by an unfamiliar situation.

That was pretty gutless to act all nice then run out to the cop when he showed up like a third grader telling the teacher. Disingenuous is right.

I believe a second visit to request business forms from Monica is in order to see if she is still allowed to just abandon her post over a camera filming. 🙄

@@TTA42800Also, would you consider wearing Level 3 or 4 Body Armour for protection when on these audits? SafeLite makes some very thin Body Armour that is virtually unnoticeable when worn underneath regular clothing. There's always that one trigger happy clown out there looking to make a name for himself/herself and prove an "irrelevant" point. Just like that bootlicking chick at the police department that stalked you in the parking lot and acted like she wanted to run you over with her truck. Just a thought fam. God bless!

That Officer 👮 Squashed that false accusation Intimidating straight away, he could see straight through it very professional. The second in Charge of that Government Building absolutely embarrasses himself and his office, it’s all on camera so biased straight away and showing he is against rights in a public office unbelievable best wishes from UK 🇬🇧

I've really gotten into auditing videos about a year now and 100% believe in what they do. I hafta say that You are one of my all-time favorites, even though I've only, ( less than two weeks ) found your channel. Your calm and professional demeanor, level headiness, and knowledge of the Constitution is really very uplifting. As as American citizen, gun owner, outdoorsman, father, and God fearing man, thank you so much for what you do and keep up the great work. God bless man. Michael

I interned a public service job during college. They have this complete powerpoint module stating you can/will be in the public eye in the course of your duties. Also heavily on HIPAA where its where you will get charged if you sloppily reveal sensitive information, not the person who saw it.
