Maybe this video was recorded before the Barriers were being used again, unless maybe it was taken a few days ago and he got permission to film out of the front. I'm only guessing.

I pretty much didn't like how the TTC put those yellow barriers on every single T1 train. Like bro the T1s are becoming like the TRs nowadays....
