Does anyone know whether the air runner (or similar brands) are less impact than running on pavement? thanks. Also, Brannen, you are one fit dude!

The answer for all treadmills is yes. The degree to which varies based on the model. That said the change in terrain from running outdoors is one of the things that keeps you healthy since the repetitive motion on a treadmill creates overuse injuries. So just vary it up for the crossfit training
