Bohui is actually one of the best Steve Players in my opinion. Top 10. Very unorthodox style of play, but still effective and skill based. His timing and dexterity is really up there. He is just unknown by most. For dedicated Steve Players and people that know about Steve Experts, he is known, and is considered to be one of the best. He has been around for some time now. Glad that some people who didn't know of him before are getting to know him now. He deserves to be known

I'm guessing that it's to cancel the tag-in animation. Normally, when you tag to your 2nd character, the moment your 2nd character runs in gives you frame disadvantage, and Miguel's f+3+4 taunt helps him get away from that nasty disadvantage.

Well I used him in ttag2 this weekend I still like the character he seems faster and his new bound move is nice. If they nerfed him it was for the better i know, i didn't notice to much of a difference.
