The same thing happened to me at the JKIA while I was traveling out of the country. The airline agent had the gurl to skip me and assist a Caucasian couple who were clearly behind me. Unfortunately I had to calm my ass down because she wasn't the reason for my anger. However I made sure I spoke to the supervisor right in front of the agent. I am Kenyan and I'll be darned if some stupid Kenyan will treat me less than a human being on my own damn country...... I guess it wasn't her day because I ended up meeting her at the counter right before I boarded my flight. And I said to her..... Am Kenyan through and through and in my own country I don't expect to be treated any less.... oh and your supervisor saved your ass. Because I was going to rip you to shreads..... 😙
