Even when he lost against real Madrid, he almost made a huge comeback in Spain silencing the whole audience and pundits and fans all over the world. My respect for him increased exponentially after watching that match and him expression passion until the last minute.

As a Liverpool fan with lots of time to spare: Tuchel was an incredible manager. Forget about the CL, it takes a tactical masterclass to beat pep not once but several times, and Tuchel did that in that season. And to reach back to back finals is immense.

Tuchel turned bang average players like Rudiger and James into World Class players, giving them the ability to start in 95% of UCL teams lineups

Got to every cup final possible in his 2 seasons. 1st season took a team from 7th to 4th in 3 months 2nd season finished 3rd and went to the ucl final almost had the greatest comebacks in the ucl.

WHAT A TERRIBLE TAKE! 3 European trophies and 5 finals in 2 years. Beating all the top managers with a squad that wasn't his, while club was in turmoil. That same squad was terrible before and after Tuchel left. Di matteo was handed a world class squad. Every manager we had won with that team.

TUCHEL is a better manager than Ten Hag in cup competitions but his league management is poor. Even at PSG, his side never won a game away the top 5 and lost to Marseille, on their way to the title. His longetivity issues remain too.

Tüchel wouldn't have the same tools to work with at United and secondly, he is erratic in the league - always has been, look at how he almost fumbled the league last season, or how inconsistent his chelsea side or more pertinently, how his PSG side never won an away game vs the top 5 in the league.

Let's see tuchel won ucl facing clubs like Atletico Madrid Real Madrid and Manchester city. He stopped city from winning the quadriple by eliminating them not only in ucl but the FA as well. Last season he got Chelsea into two different finals and managed to make them secure top 3 with plenty of injuries so wtf r u talking about 🤦🤦🤦

We were 16 games unbeaten with Sarri at the start of the season, we even briefly went top with Lampard, we were top with Tuchel
