It's not a PHD. I have a neighbor who just retired from UD, a PHD in Physics. He told me it's like a physician being a doctor but not a PHD. He believes the fix was in to give Jill a Doctorate degree. In the future if not now it's an embarrassment to the UD Education department. Don't wanna spoil your fun here, and I don't know how seriously you take this stuff, but do you give any thought to the fact that Tucker is just serving you red meat in this segment? His argument for why Jill is a moron is ridiculous. She wrote a bad thesis and delievered some bad public speeches, so she a moron. Really? I don't know how bad the thesis is, but I do know that morons don't generally write theses, and I'm pretty sure I could find bad public speeches from most public figures. She may not be the brightest star on the academic night sky, but she's not a moron. Come on! Also, the thesis is not riddled with errors and spelling mistakes. I went through it to check, and that's just not true. You can easily find it online and check for yourself. Tucker's argument for why Jill is vindictive is even worse. He heavily insinuates that she had a part in getting Gary Volesky suspended (otherwise his argument makes no sense - Jill can't be said to be vindictive if she's not involved in the suspension), but he provides no evidence of this. In fact, Volesky was suspended by the Pentagon for making partican political comments, not for speaking out against Jill Biden in particular. If Tucker had any evidence of her being involved in his suspension, he would have surely brought that up. He doesn't do that, which means he's got no evidence, which in turn means he's got no argument. He's just got red meat for you.

I have a doctoral degree in electrical engineering, I work for the DoD and MoD designing naval warships. Never in my 20 years of holding my doctorate have I ever asked anyone to refer to me as "doctor". The primary definition for the word "doctor" is someone who treats others who are ill. A secondary meaning is that one holds the highest university degree in a given field, but if we're to refer to everyone who holds a doctorate as "doctor" then what are we going to call actual doctors so we can differentiate? The only people who demand to be called "doctor" who aren't medical practitioners are those needing to compensate for an otherwise substandard intellectually defunct mind.
