In Russia some people use Yandex Browser which has translation of a video feature. Which creates basically a dub of video ‘s audio in, for example - Russian language. On my own experience it does job quite accurately. I seen a lot of my russian friends use it.

I do use other platforms that are easy to use from my cell (no apps though), PC, or laptop. I use sometimes VK, not too often. It is not always easy to get there. Just saying. I am a regular educator in the USA.
