Know the evil woman personally. Theirs nothing to expand. She’s losing her small jobs in China. Voted WORST BOSS in Arizona several years in a row.

I follow her son Forrest Green on LinkedIn. A few weeks ago he posted that they “were back” and showed the building. I’m assuming they are doing renovations to utilize the building to do business operations and have a workplace for more Lisa Frank employees.
