Today we are going to be exploring the difference between Tucuma and Murumuru Butter! I used these butters in two cold-process anhydrous blends to test how they preform in a formula. I also go over their properties like fatty acid profiles, aroma, heat sensitivity and more. This is a fun experiment and I hope you enjoy it too!

Wow, your hair is off the charts! Is it your real hair or are you wearing extensions? I quickly watched your other videos about anemia (I have low ferritin levels and hair loss). I have been taking ferritin supplements and my body is not absorbing it and we don't know why :( Did you experience anything similar? Would you say raising your ferritin level made the biggest difference vs. using oils/washing less often?

I don't use any extensions so its all natural. However I did just get a haircut and chopped it to shoulder length. It was time. Haha. What type of iron are you using? I found ferrous fumarate to work well for me. Definitely raising ferritin is the most important, because you can take extremely good care of your hair but it its falling out due to health issues then there is really no point. Good luck!
