Fantastic choice. I was at the AD before the New Year and after trying both, the blue dial was more to my liking. After 19 days of continuous wear it has only gained +1sec/24hr. Wear it in good health. And congrats!

Is the marker material from the white gold? I saw on another youtube channel (Jenni Elle) it was mentioned that the marker is white gold. maybe I heard wrong or maybe it's just the color that looks like white gold

I am on a waiting list for the 58 in black. I love this in navy blue as well. But i already own the Seamaster 2531.80, that is in blue and that one is going nowhere

With Seamaster it makes sense to have another watch in black. I heard that black ones are harder to find.
