Hi Brad, the Omega has several advantages here: 89XX movement with jumping hour hand, more suitable lug to lug measurement (for me) and is basically a better watch anyway. And I'm a Tudor fan! Thanks Brad.🙂

I'm a Tudor fanboy but on this one, the Omega wins by a mile. Looks way better and the quality is top notch. What a movement too !

This Omega even outshines the Rolex equivalent, so no point in comparing these two. The Omega is several tiers above.

Spec wise… Omega Planet Ocean hands down. Far more superior watch with it being a Master chronometer METAS certified with the co-axial escapement movement… enough said.

The Planet Ocean for sure (but the 39.5mm version). I’m sure the Pelagos wears more comfortable, being titanium, but the PO just looks so much nicer. The Pelagos looks a bit bland in comparison.

The glare on the crystal of the Planet Ocean would be enough to sway me towards the Pelagos which is strange as I have the planet ocean two tone chronograph and doesn’t seem to have nearly as much glare

Aesthetically the Pelagos looks like a child’s toy in comparison to the PO. It’s great value though, the design and colour is just not for me.

I have the same watch super good quality very well built and beautiful looking watch bought one second hand 2020 model calibre 8900 black with steel bracelet for 3.9k£ definitely worth the price

The Pelagos is too plain for me. Spending that much money on a luxury watch I expect more refinement.

Pelagos for me please..too many different fonts and colors on the PO. It's all over the place.

I have a pelagos and yes is the best of the two. I also dont like so many different fonts and colors. Look like they were unsure of what market to refer to. Pelagos is so much clean and even if is bunky, is not heavy and can be worn every day

Planet ocean is a gem next to dull looking Pelagos… to each their own I guess but given how “tool” watches are worn today (desk diving mostly), I’d rather have something good looking on my wrist instead of tool-ish looking lackluster dogshit
