What a great piece, that face has a ton of character ! I know we all love the sound and feel of a good gas Stihl but wouldn't a battery-operated chainsaw be perfect for carving indoors in the winter? It would be healthier for sure. I'm wondering why none of the carvers I've seen on YT are using them?

I love that rough finish. I have to bye a smaller bar on my giga Huskvarna that I timberframe with. Its impossible to carve with it now. Thanks for sharing.Eric you are a great chainsaw carver.

I like your tutorials but this was fun to watch! Great job. I would have maybe made it to the 1:45 mark and thought I’d done a great job of carving..... ha!

I just found out this past Thanksgiving I can't even carve a cooked TURKEY..... And here this video pops up on my recommended. I think I'm gonna get sick now.
