The case had been loaded for over 18 months. Autogenous and augma graft into immediate ext and implant ( the other implant into a narrow ridge ). Due to uneven socket wall levels for the canine, a Noris Medical Tuff-Pro was selected with a 2mm machined collar. Augma provided bone and soft tissue enhancement, and the tissue is holding around the machined collar. Noris Medical Tuff implant was inserted into the healed ridge.
