can u also show this technique in 3ds max blender may be a little bit closer looks can be achieved in blender or 3ds......

This could be done in 3d max and Blender but I feel it would take a lot longer to get the same result as fast as Zbrush.

how did u add the skull in perspective ?, in my ui there is a face

Go under Preferences/ CamView - In here you can set for it to be on or off and also select from a few options like a skull. The other thing is if you select Make CamView it will grab the model you have up and use that for your model.
