It was unbelievable that Bluenose actually told the Star Tugs that Grampus was in danger considering that in the original, Bluenose was the reason Grampus was in danger.

When I think "Salty's Lighthouse" I can't help but imagine Salty from T&F telling other engines/whoever would listen about Big Micky's previous life at Big City port, since Big Mickey couldn't as he didn't have a face (until recently)

I love how Bluenose is a naval TUG that couldn't pull Grampus to safety. Not that you're at fault for that but it goes to show just how bizarre some of the decisions were in this show to make things more "kid friendly". This series has been pretty neat to watch all the same!

Grampus' voice is absolutely perfect. Also, it feels so weird seeing Bluenose warn and actually care about Grampus, especially when he's originally the reason he's there. I know Salty's Lighthouse would never use the story of Grampus purposely getting blown up, but still. You did a good job taking what audio you had and making it something good.

Tug You did great at voicing the Princess Alice Announcer!

I remember the first time watching that segment for the first when I watched Salty's Lighthouse out of curiosity when I first heard about it and I practically face-palmed when Bluenose left Grampus to alert the Star Tugs to go rescue him. It really is a Grade A example on the horrible story lines that were mashed together to create stories due to limited footage. Although, the more I think about it, the shot of Grampus following Bluenose from the original "Regatta" could have been used to create an attempt rescue for. Like Bluenose offering to tow Grampus away but the narrator would say, "In his haste, Bluenose didn't tie the tow rope tight enough and after a short time, Grampus was left not far from where he first stopped." If the writers did this originally for Salty's Lighthouse, it would've been better for the plot but, alas, what can you do now.

This is fantastic work man! Makes Salty’s Lighthouse wayy more tolerable haha. The voice for Captain Starr is amazing, it captures the same tone the original voice had in the original UK dub, just different accents. Not to mention the voice fits in perfectly with the Salty’s Lighthouse cast.

There's lots of things in Salty's Lighthouse that I won't ever get used to, such as Sunshine being Ten Cents' little sister, or Bluenose being friendlier. Even so, you did a pretty good job re-editing the segments into something that's at least WATCHABLE!

I wish they didn't change the plot as much as they did. I also wish they didn't cut out the " no garbidge today" line. But you and Richard J Browning and the voice actors still did a great job. Hope you have a great day!

Your US dub of Tugs is awesome, but this alternative US dub from Salty’s Lighthouse is very good and should’ve looked like that in Home Releases (since SL had a few VHS and DVDs released)! The way how you edit it, made it work and I don’t know what software you used to remove the music from SL with the dialogue; but still genius!

I mean I get he’s called Grampus but he’s fifteen at the oldest. The original voice definitely fits better IMO.

It’s great that you were able to put Big Stack’s name in his side but why did you leave Otis’ side blank. Also if you can do that kind of editing for these videos, do you think you can also edit the who Salty’s Lighthouse series so Big stack and Otis have their name written. Also seeing how you were able to edit sunshine’s paintwork in the episode with the duchess to make it look all yellow instead of gray, why did you not edit her smokestack?
