Tully in Queensland is the wettest town in Australia. It keeps the atmosphere of the twenty´s. Splendor time linked to the sugar mill. On the way to Tully we found Gordonvale and by the coast to the South, Mission Beach and Cardwell.
Tully en Queensland es la ciudad con mayor índice pluviométrico de Australia. Mantiene el ambiente de los 20 cuando tuvo un mayor esplendor ligado a su ingenio azucarero. Yendo hacia Tully nos encontramos con Gordonvale y por la costa hacia el sur Mission Beach y Cardwell.

My town ❤️ Born in Tully from Finnish immigrants. Moved to Finland when 2 yrs old. Love Finland but Tully and Australia always in my heart.

ha ha ha Dave. Thanks to confirm my writing in my web site and my comments here. But raining so much must be the price for such a beautiful montains and places around/beside the river and the town itself. It keeps, it has an strong character (and an nice and quiet public swimming pool I enjoyed).

Where I live at the moment. Nice place to live, I agree, but you gotta ave a car to enjoy Tully. There's nothing to do, nowhere to go for a lot of backpackers. I go to IGA 3 times a day. :( But there's a lot of gorgeous places around. Absolutely beautiful.

@salakotdotcom Hi David, I grew up in Tully and left in 1982 after my mum died, we lived down near the high school i loved Tully and if I get sick of South Africa I would go back. The Banyan creek was our play ground would go all day on that creek or parents never knew where we were. was an apprentice at Newtons, best training I could have had. Mike

From NSW first name Tully named after the town and last name is coincidentally bryant which is the Main Street, currently in Tully on a holiday at the moment

Enjoy !! Tully is beautiful. Go up the so funny and unique "rubber boat " ans take care of crocodiles. Enjoy :-)

G'day Mike..I was born in Tully and also left in 1982..you must be a bit older than me..I was 16yo then..I couldn't wait to leave the dump to be honest..I went to Perth to get as far away as possible actually. I went back about 3 years ago for our school reunion at Mission Beach..had a great time..I'm sure most of the people you grew up with would still live there. You worked for old man Newton..as in Newton Engineering?..he was an angry old bastard as I remember. Why did you move to S.Africa ?

Well, I think it is a nice name :) I wouldn´t mind. And the town and area is very special, no doubt, I am sure your parents enjoyed very much so you remind them that time every day. Nice.

Carlos Montenegro When I visited Tully, it was so strange seeing my name everywhere I looked, but it was a nice place and I remember the guy at the visitor center giving me free posters and stubby holders. One day I hope i'll get the chance to go back there.

Me too. I would like to come back one day. That will be my third trip, maybe four, I have to visit first Northen territory and Alice Springs that I miss on my two previous travels over there.

I visited Helsinki I have upload also clips in you tube, nice city, beautiful but Tully is special, it look like in there time has not passed so fast like in other parts.
