NEWT GINGRICH: I think Tulsi is somebody who has always spoken her own mind. She's always been sort of an independent maverick. And I think when she ran for president, she realized how really isolated she was from the great majority of the Democratic Party, which is now, frankly, a pretty weird party. We saw the same thing happen in a slightly different way in Philadelphia last week, where the former deputy mayor, a Democrat, endorsed Dr. Oz for the U.S. Senate and said that Fetterman is just so crazy on crime and so pro-criminal. He couldn't be for him. So I think you're seeing this drift, and we've certainly seen among Latinos a huge drift towards the Republican Party as they're driven away by the weirder policies of the Democratic Party.

My flat feet prevented me from joining them. I wanted to surprise my mother going in as an Officer, but the recruiter at Lackland Air Force in San Antonio, Tx. confirmed it. Your brain so smooth so I'll level with you on Tulsi's overarching plan. She's clearly been a grifter from day 1 based upon her back pedaling on the left platform almost incrementally, starting from her support of Bernie to her frequent appearances on fox news to be the dissenting Democrat voice. There's clearly an audience for her somewhere in the middle which is why moderates like Joe Rogan platform her (she's on the podcast today even) and once again, she's a useful tool for fox news strawmaning. With that said, back in the 2020 election cycle, another grifter by the name of Bret Weinstein was making a name for himself under the guise of an anti-woke left cancel culture warrior and even now with anti-vax rhetoric and ivermectin falsehoods using his Biology specialty as a crutch. In the political sphere, this same guy was also pioneering a 3rd party run composed of a moderate Democrat and Republican that would take turns at the wheel. That was swiftly canceled on Twitter from whatever TOS they claimed was violated and never really built momentum. There was a whole process behind deciding the candidates, but guess who's names popped up on the list? Andrew Yang (another libertarian grifter type), Dan Crenshaw (LOL can't make this stuff up) and surprise surprise, Tulsi Gabbard. Long story short, she's finished grifting on the left, she's making her rounds on the right and will eventually seek a pseudo-3rd party run. Have fun with her.

Just out of curiosity, what do you find "amazing" about her, her views, or her voting history on issues as a politician? Her wanting to protect abortion rights? Her going against our second amendment wanting certain gun and ammo bans? Her wanting medicare for all? Her wanting "free" college in the US? Her views on our military like withdrawing from countries that ended up being a disaster? Her pushing climate change bs, trying to get rid of fossil fuels, etc? I'm truly curious why so many conservatives think she is somehow conservative even though her own website and voting history as a politician (also included on her own website) very clearly show she is very much on the left.
