This is the BEST way to travel to Tulum, Chichen Itza, and Playa del Carmen if you are on a BUDGET! Mexico was honestly more expensive than expected and also had the most tourists I have ever seen, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. (Tourist areas typically mean higher prices.) Overall, I was able to do so much without spending more than $500 including flights, hotels, activities, rental cars, food etc. Check out our 4-day experience in this video and see if you think these spots in Mexico are really worth the hype!

Thank you for the support and checking out my channel. The roads in this region are smooth with multiple lanes. It was really easy to drive as well. If you are comfortable driving I would definitely recommend renting a car. The drives were not bad and from what I hear the Ubers and drivers are super expensive.

It's always good to be cautious and take necessary precautions while exploring any new destination. We did not feel unsafe our entire trip there

Me personally I had no problems with them except in Mexico it is mandatory to get the rental car insurance. So i could not decline it. That price was per person with the insurance.

If you guys never been in Puerto Vallarta, I have a lovely space in downtown where you can explore and with a budget suggestions for your viewers, summer is the best time besides the humidity because you can find everything cheaper. This really depends on what you plan to do. If you plan to stay in one region in Mexico it might not be necessary. However, as you saw in the video, we drove all around the quintana roo area and the car allowed us the flexibility to do so

In this region it was sooo easy to drive. However, in Tulum beach area the roads are not so good so be careful and drive slow. Definitely more affordable to drive than to pay those taxis

I want to get a rental but I heard about the insurance fee ( I don’t have a credit card ) then there transportation services also that charge too much.
