Strongly disagree. It must be a good thought, the way she recites is also well and worth praising. But after the amaad (poetic prophecy) one needs to be craft it. We poet do a lot of home work for that She gone viral because she was already in limelight. And it's not her fault. Let me give u an example. I love to dance. I know the basic step. I will move accordingly with the music. But if I will dance out of beats. Or if I will sing out of rhythm. Than my art will be judged accordingly. Aam logo k liye ye non issue hga mgr poets k liye ni. Na srf qafia radeef blky Puri ghazl ya nzm bilkul aik wazn me Honi Chahiye. Otherwise kaano Ko besuri lgti Hy. isilye Tou social media p har koi shayir Hy ! Shayari in k andr mojoud Hy mgr mutaalaa aur mashq bht zruri Hy Pasnd na pasnd apni apni jagah.

From Lahore. We dint understand ppl like Bade Ghulam Ali n Mehdi Hassan until we heard rhythm of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Guess why? Coz we felt that Nusrat understood us n gave what we the children of 80s n 90s wanted. His beat n rhythm made us love Qawalis. Few years later Shafqat Amanat came n made us understand what rags n thumris are. So these singers acted as teachers for a generation like us I think Yasra will be a good teacher poet for my generation coz she is from our generation and we can feel connected to her personality n words. Keep it up girl.

The two jerks in the background are so sarcastic and big bullies especially when she announces she wrote "GHAZAM" see their arrogant reactions.I would just like to tell them that Poetry is an art,it cannot be caged,it arises from depts of expression and knowledge ,experience,humility and talent.If they cannot relate to the other persons humility and understanding then they should just get lost .Amazed by Yasras Depth and intellect❤

u are right.. the uneasiness is visible on their faces. Majority of the seniors/more experienced give such response to newcomers
