Today I'm going to make a Tuna Fish Pasta Salad TWO ways, which is super easy and healthy. This pasta salad uses solid white albacore tuna fish, onions, peppers, limes, Dominican orégano, and mayonnaise. This salad is high in protein and a great side dish for BBQ, parties, and holiday dinners. These salads are a great option for those who don't wish to eat meat! My Ensalada de Coditos con Atun is a great Dominican recipe that I enjoy throughout the year, but especially during Lent and Easter. Let me know which of the two pasta salads you prefer. Tuna Fish Pasta Salad Ingredients:
2 cans Solid White Albacore Tuna
1 lbs Elbow Pasta - Cooked Al Dente
½ Red Onion
½ Red, Green, Yellow Bell Pepper Mixed Together
4 Fresh Limes
2 tbsp Spanish Olives
¼ cup Mayonnaise
½ tsp Dominican Orégano
¼ cup Cilantro
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper to Taste
