AFCONS, thanks for your contributions for building world class infrastructure in India. Not only tunnels but roads, bridges etc. Riding on Jammy-Udhampur expressway is now a completely new experience. Big salute to your engineers, workers and the whole team.

Today how far one can go in j&k by railways ??

@@jigsaw2281currently you can go to katra (in jammu region) at max by railways but soon after completion of USBRL you'll be able to directly go to kashmir by train (till baramulla and kupwara at max in kashmir region)

Villages houses with unplastered and unpainted external walls look ugly. I hope the government subsides the paintwork for these walls. In doing so, it will enhance the tourist attractions of these villages.
