Some correction is needed 1 . Strong attachment of motor. 2 . Use a high speed gear motor for fast working. 3 . Use a variable speed switch to control the moter speed manually .

Bhai you gave me good idea. But you work alot to made and its cost bigger. Better you buy used makita drill in 1000 pkr. Which done all. Work as well.

It deppends what you needs, if you need more power, more torque, if you needd more speed, low torque.

It's fail... You put super glue to stick motor in the body... When you will apply the pressure downside on the handle to open a tight screw .. all your mechanism will break the super glue and go inside

First things first your screw driver torque is high and not suitable for the laptop n other electronics devices …. My suggestion is use higher RPM motor than this one
