The silence before the blast in nfs hp turbo is just incredible 🔥🔥

Rivals feels like almost a normal nitro but ultra fast but, the Nfs remastered feels like a rocket booster on a car.

Always loves the turbo sound from NFS hot pursuit it actually sound like it's pushing your car past it normal limits

The HP gives of that "Well, here we go." feel to it. Rivals has a more of a nitrous but really long feel.

NFS HP got its remaster because it was the last game where people could relive their teenage adrenaline rush that they did during the golden age of Black Box games

The problem with rivals turbo is that when you max level it. It activates faster. So it has no build up and is less cooler. I think the higher lvl shouldn’t have killed the epic ness of it.

Visually the feel of speed in Rivals is better, having a very balanced control of the car to use something like the Turbo in a open world map, but hp kills it with the audio, that silence before the turbo starts makes it feel more agressive and epic, also by having more power than Rivals turbo

nfs rivals sounds like a boosted boost but the hot pursuit sounds like somebody finally turned on the Boeing 777 on wheels

Rivals makes it look like you're getting sucked into your seat, but I'll always prefer that sound effect for Hot Pursuit

I like the Rival more, by the time i used to play it the blast effect have had given me some PTSD especially when i used it inside the woods area.

Rivals turbo is powerful but is very fragile at even slight health loss just renders it useless. And occasionally it fails to activate. HP(R)'s turbo is not so powerful as Rivals (you can't really reliably get out of emp range). But is quite resistant to distruptions only heavy impact would send turbo offline.

Nothing better than full speeding your Zonda Cinque on a long, empty straight road and using the turbo to hear this heavenly sound and push the car far beyond its limits. Hot Pursuit forever❤

the one in need for speed rivals sounds like an extra boost from the charged n20, as if it were suddenly releasing all the nitro Charger , Unlike hot pursuit, which sounds more like the engine is being pushed to a point that it almost explodes from so much speed and becomes distorted from breaking the sound barrier.

Prefer rivals, the hot pursuit one is abit too intrusive, might become annoying later one. Even if it doesn't rivals just looks 👌

Rivals might be still a pretty old game but it will always stay more fun than any other nfs in my opinion

In HP, the “Turbo System Activated” text disappears when sound is restored. So satisfying after only having experienced Rivals

i'd honestly say that rivals has a better mid-turbo sound but HPR outclasses it in every other category

Hot Pursuit's nitrous really give off that "Shall i unclip my wings and fly as close to the Sun as possible" feeling.... It is just....UGH,so fucking adrenaline inducing,like in an Airsoft event,basically pushing into a building,full of enemies.

My eye is twitching at how good that sound is. If i was able to go into a movie theater and hear that sound effect from one of those rooms holy shit would that be a bucket list type thing to do.

NFS Hot Pursuit's turbo actually sounds like you are overloading your engine. There hasn't been a better feeling.
