TurboDirect S.A cover TRIM calculations on turbochargers, we cover the outlines and references to TRIMS and inducer / exducer sizes on the turbine and compressor sides of the turbocharger. Trims are nothing but a number used to calculate the dimensions of the rotating assemblies - nothing more.
T3/T4 Trim57 means absolutely nothing unless it has a direct reference to a specific component and/or its part# as there are hundreds of rotational components with the same trim and measure different sizes on the inducer and exducer and have many different design and flow features. So as you said in the video the trim does not matter just how you set up the turbo combination relating to engine . But I thought from my research trim plays a whole in terms of flow from the inducer from compressor wheel to the exducer in the turbine section regardless of journal or ball bearing turbo?

The compressor map is there to provide you with the "spec sheet"of the compressor based on its design (trim between inducer and exducer dimensions) --

In our country on v6 engine ,we compared the g45-1500 and the g42-1450 we tested the 2turbos the g45-1500 decreases the hp to 100-120hp between the g42-1450 same housing scroll and size same exhaust and same boost why the g45 dropped hp we expected to increase hp lil bit what do you think about that is the turbo is not efficient?

If i understand well, trim refer directly to the compressor and turbine wheels blades "pitch" angles ?

No sir - it refers to the size of the inducer and exducer diameters, not the pitch of the blades. You can calculate the diameters of either the inducer or exducer when having been provided only the one diameter and the trim - and vice versa

how does trim effect turbo performance tho? I was under the impression the larger the exducer is in relation to the inducer (compressor) the more it can compress ? (higher flow / p.r. ?) slower transient response and boost thresh hold?

Trim is a calculation, and has nothing to do with performance of any rotating component. Its there for you to calculate the inducer and/or exducer size of the wheel depending on which size was provided to you. The angles, sweep, loft, and blade area (to name a few) are what determines the performance/air flow of the blade.
