People sleep on Luthor Harke, his a beast. Having double regen makes him really hard to kill. He has normal regen and vampire in melee regen of 0.1%. So i think he has 0.3% total, makes him super tough to kill

You could do a final four challenge for slannesh. Bring sigvald and mirror guard in main army and they do nothing the whole game. Just admiring themselves.

Coast has so much potential for cool units. A ghost ship which i would have be on the ground floating around and shooting ceetinly would prefer it to be a mobile artillery peice vs the destroyers of chariot and rapid fire machine gun. Another is a sea serpent or other large sea monster since their whole quest in 2 was to take control of the leviathan and while he is to big i think an upsized coutel minus wings would easily be at home among the roster. As for other units an depth gaurd with pistol would go hard and a heaveir mid melee infranty hybrid unit would be really cool somthing like lothern sea gaurd would fix many natural holes in their lines and give them anti large they can be worse offensivly but a better holding peice is desperatly needed within the roster. Also if we could get scurvy dog surfers that be cool to, they can be ghost themed as well, being a mix of ethereal unit for offense and being a glass cannon defensivly to keep the identity of coast overall intact. Also please more lord options. Give a ghoul king a hat and a pistol and done. Heck lord bloat who is nothing but a tank and cast spells but dies once he get low would be very funny as well.

One change I’d love to see to vampire coast is give them hexwrights and crainwrights

How would buying strategic abilities for points work in PvP? LIke '500 to have the enemy plagued', or clanrats/doom mortars, skryre nukes, that sort of thing? (Kind of like magic items). Big explosions against large creatures - they should have several 'impact points' so they can take multiples of base explosion damage if it's large enough.

I think a big issue with Vampire coast is a lack of fast moving lords, only having the crab as a mount is decent..but its so slow. Luthor has a deathshriek, but isn't a caster. Count Noctulus has the necrofex that also isn't fast and a huge target. Just having even a horse mount or zombie steed would help alot, they have no ability to get around the map so makes Coast pretty awful in domination. Big reason vampire counts lords are so good they have good mobility and healing. They can use horse, or Hellsteed, or just a huge dragon. They all have the advantage of speed

Mortars and cannons of vc are jist terrible. I was trying in campaign, they cant kill nobody. Handguns not bad, Depth guard and mornguls. Thats all for vc. All other units are trash

lol those Kislev nerf suggestions would probably make a. kossars units borderline useless on that roster. People would just spam warrior mantide or tzar guard then. Same with gryphon legion. +100 for an often at times situational unit? Then there is Nurgle exalted heroes with LL stats and landship casually getting 3k value in most battles. Seryca didnt want to use the op stuff obviously. Balance discussions on the discord also are not in favour of so many extreme nerfs for Kislev, I think you are not very fair there. Love the content though, happy to see another tourny!
