Delicious easy to make turkey bacon melt on the Blackstone E Series electric griddle. Smoked turkey breast and crisp bacon with provolone, tomatoes, onion and lettuce on toasted Artisian Pane bread.

Shopping List:
2 slices Artesian Pane bread
4 ounces Deli smoked turkey breast
w slices smoked bacon
Mayo
Butter
4 slices provolone cheese
Tomato slices
Sliced onions
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Salt, pepper and garlic powder blend to taste
Directions:
Place the bacon on the cold griddle and set to 400 degrees. (IF YOU USE A METAL BACON PRESS, BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO CONTACT THE E SERIES SURFACE. I ALWAYS PLACE SOME TRIPLE LAYERED PIECES OF PARCHMENT PAPER OVER THE BACON AND PLACE THE PRESS ON IT TO PROTECT THE GRIDDLE SURFACE)
When the bacon is done, roughly chop the sliced turkey breast and place on the griddle briefly to warm through. Place the bacon and then the cheese on top of the turkey and cover with an E Series safe basting dome to help melt the cheese.
Rub down some butter on the griddle and place the bread down and toast lightly and add mayo to both slices.
Add the warmed turkey breast to one slice of toasted bread followed by the tomatoes, onions and lettuce. Top with the other slice of bread and serve.
