Turkish bread in 15 minutes! Such fast and delicious bread you can cook everyday!

To make this delectable potato bread, you'll need 5 ounces of all-purpose flour (140 grams), a pinch of salt for taste, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Add 3 fluid ounces of warm water (90 milliliters), then knead the dough for 2-3 minutes. Divide it into three parts, roll them into balls, and keep them covered while you prepare the filling. Peel and dice about 6 ounces (170 grams) of potatoes and boil them until soft. In the meantime, finely chop some parsley and green onions. Mash the potatoes, add salt and black pepper to taste, and spread the mixture over thinly rolled-out dough. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley and onions. Fold the bread, then fry until golden brown in a pan with olive oil. This potato-stuffed bread is perfect for breakfast or as a snack. Feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think! I think these were one of the first things I made when I came across your channel! I guarantee anyone who makes them will definitely love them! I love them so much I end up making a HUGE amount and freeze them. I promise they're so delicious and very addicting!! I don't freeze them with the filling because sometimes I use them for just sandwiches or use a different filling. I've actually turned them into mini Panini's 😉 The bread alone is delicious so you can actually fill them with just about anything you want or not fill them at all! Either way, the really are delicious! One of my favorites are breakfast sandwiches! Don't restrict your creativity and be open to whatever idea or thoughts come to mind because truly, this bread by itself is delicious!! 🙏
