I had no idea how Turkish delight was made. Thank you I plan on trying to make it. Turkish delight was a major treat when we lived in England. I bought some for my mom a couple years ago from a British import company. It was delicious. It looks easy to make.

Italian here, I usually buy lokumi at Amaon, last year I was in Istanbul and bought original Turkish delight. Tried so many times to do them at home but always failed, your recipe is better and easier, will try soon, thank you!!!

Mi mamá nos los preparaba con sumo de naranja como usted y con otros jugos de durazno, piña, limón, mango ... y lo llamábamos compota casera o manjar. Pero envuelto en coco me parece genial y delicioso. Lo voy a preparar. Gracias!💜

@@viridianagallegos1071 si como usted lo indica con féula de maíz o con gelatina natural en lámina que es súper sana. En mi país la venden en tiendas árabes y la llamamos gelatina de hojas. (en láminas de color blanca, transparentes y roja)

I think Turkish people call it "locum". This desert is also made in Bulgaria (the most popular kinds of locum there are prepared with rose essence and/or with wallnuts.). I've seen Tirkish delight/locum being sold in Cyprus as well. Thank you for the great recipe! 🌹

We only get commercially made Turkish Delight flavoured with Rose Water. Usually dusted with powdered sugar, tho there is confection readily available covered in milk chocolate. I had Greek Delight on holiday once, flavoured with mint. But your orange one looks really good - viewing from Ireland
