Some good point; 1- onion must ne granited and out of onion water before the mixing 2-Adana kebap originally mixed with dried red pepper powder ( for hot and good colour and spicy ) 3- Have to be use ship tail oil (about 10%) 4 - Meat must be sliced with handy and big knife, never use a machine. Thank you! What did you use, to make the homemade skewers? Are they 5 or 6 bamboo small round skewers, (or what other material) wrapped in foil? I know skewers are an important technique to make the shish kebab. Thank you for taking the time to answer this question!
