Akinci is one of their drones where they have done an excellent job. Multirole , ground , air , anti ship. Their privatised military industrial complex is complimenting each other. Roketsan is also doing great work. Overall they are on right path they understand their needs and then execute it.

Well thats the future. Since modern fighter aircrafts don't need to have dogfight ability, drone fighters need not have greatest airframes, thus saving money. Experts agree that most important factor in a fighter aircraft is the radar and then the payload missiles. If above both points are correct: If a drone is made which is stealthy enough, has enough operating cieling and has great radar, electronic warfare ability and can carry a few air to air missiles, I think that makes most aircraft fighter pilots obsolete. I give 10 years max for realisation of this kind of future.

It makes sense to invest in drones now. It gives edge over fighter planes with pilot on board. Only limitations remain are communication delay and processing on board. India should invest on UAV programmes than even considering Tempest programme.

Turkey has initially allocated $1 billion for the development of Altay MBT. The first 3D renderings of the new vehicle were demonstrated to the public on 7 April 2010. The first working prototype was ready in 2016. Once all tests are completed, the Republic of Turkey plans to manufacture at least 1,000 units of Altay tanks.

Bhai it's a very early prototype. It's a huge thing to have a basic fly prototype so early. Most prototypes do not have full suite of control systems and/or software to handle the unstable airframes.

@@chaomaochowmein USAF has 2000+ fighter jets in its inventory. India does not. Also F-35 is decades more advanced than the Su-30 can even hope to be. Failure in complex systems is expected and is common. Failure in more simpler platforms like 4th gen fighters is more uncommon or at least should be in India’s case. IAF should look into what changes HAL made and how to prevent more losses of these expensive aircraft.

Exactly. This may be because all stealth platforms have similar features like outward tilted tailwings, horizontal () shaped nose and covered engines. Its logical for stealth plateforms to look similar. Have a look at su 57 felon and yf 23 black widow. They also share a lot of similar features.

There is no difference as much as you exaggerate. Turkey's GDP is $1,102,985M with a population of 80 million, India's GDP is $3,468,566M with a population of 1,417 billion. Additionally, per capita income is $12,934 in Turkey and $2,464 in India. So, if we look at the population, I think Türkiye is in a better situation.

This drone are less capable than light weight trainers in iaf ,don't forget Pakistan source on defence with loan and india spend in defence with tax .gathak had 50kn dry thrust engine that's 3 time the thrust of Turkish drone ,building drone with secure communication is easy than with drone with secure communication .thats why Ukraine lossed all its drone to russian electronic warfare 😂.
