And Turkey is far beyond Ukrainian technology. Ukraine is better than Turkey on only super alloys and jet engine technologies. And Turkey is buying engines from Ukraine not engineers . Also Turkish balistic missile technologies were transferred from China in 1990's... We Turks love Ukrainians, they are educated and smart nation. But you can't steal succes of Turkish engineers and give it to Ukrainians.
