There are things money can't buy. You can buy planes, tanks, ships or missiles with your money. But you can never buy critical production technologies. When you try to produce these technologies yourself, Zionist arms lobbies prevent you with military coups and assassinations. Türkiye has experienced this reality painfully, many times. In the past, 9 engineers were assassinated at ASELSAN facilities alone and there were 3 major military coups. So, to make a long story short, there will be arms sales to Saudi Arabia, but there will be no sales of technological knowledge. As is the case all over the world, the production rights of an old technology may be sold in the future. (Russians do this widely) But I do not think that the production rights of such a critical new technology will be transferred. It could be a partnership for KAAN.

@MrTjurk. I'd imagine the Saudis want some tech transfer and the Turks want to make the deal. But I doubt the Turks would transfer any sensitive tech as they well know the Saudis can't really be trusted. That tech would probably end up in Israel's hands in a week.
