Lmao. How does an intake manifold increase your factory redline!?!?! That is determined by what your rotating assemblies and valve springs can handle. This sets the safe rpm limit, a manifold will increase the power rev range but only if the rotating assembly can operate in that rpm.

guess back then a feller didnt hafta upgrade his tires when he completely changed the purpose and use of his truck and wayyyyyyyy overloaded became very common

This is the first season of Trucks. I think 1999 or 2000 original air year. This is some good nostalgia here, used to watch on the weekend when I was a budding young car guy. Edit: End of credits shows MCMXCIX which is 1999.
