Great setup, and great video overall! I would really love to see how fast could you go between the rig, handheld, AND on a gimbal, since many of us shoot mostly on a 'run-and-gun' situation, requiring setup changes on the fly. Also, would it be possible to set up a video transmitter on that rig? One other thing as well... your link for the battery doesn't work (not found on amazon). Maybe suggest an equivalent?

@mariodevon_
@mariodevon_ 2 жыл бұрын
Haha amazing!! Thank you for watching and supporting the channel! Now for the dummy battery. One side of the battery is shaped like the Canon battery. The other side is typically D-Tap, which is specifically powered by most V-Mount batteries. V-Mount batteries have a D-Tap port that provides power to the dummy battery in the camera. Hope that makes sense!

Thanks for your video, I am just waiting for my mail to bring me a V-mount battery, and I was not aware that the 12v is too much. I double-checked, and it comes with 3 output 8.4V is the minimum. It doesn't have 7.2. Is 8.4v OK for my camera? Thanks a lot!
@mariodevon_
@mariodevon_ 5 ай бұрын
Hi!! If you are using a modern V Mount battery, most of them come with USB A or USB C. So just use USB cable if your camera takes USB power delivery. If you’re using a dummy battery, then 8.4V should be fine. But I HIGHLY recommend USB power. I’ll make an updated video soon as this video is outdated for what new V Mount Batteries are capable of. Thank you for the question!
