If the sim clean reboot hack to clear the airplane mode issue from our last video didn't do the trick then try this. I Reset network settings and Reset app preferences on a Sony Xperia 1 j8110 to clear any minor bugs that may be causing the flight mode issue stopping you from making or receiving a call.
So if this is affecting you before you restore back to factory settings or something drastic like that and loose all your data, do this FIRST, well after a sim clean anyway!
