She surprised me when, fresh out the meteor shower, Level 70 and some crappy, far from fully leveled-up artifacts that didn't make sense, she managed to hit a 113k during my abyss run test. slowly working on her but yeah, she feels solid and as of my current sub-optimal buiild, she has a lot of potential

Going to disagree on that, to a certain degree. Sure, her damage is front loaded, but it also requires building up the charges first, and you start at 0 when entering a domain. So you can't effectively instantly blast the first enemy you see into oblivion with a cranked up hit. And while you can slot her into most teams, she has a lot of teams where she just isn't as effective. No second geo means no geo resist debuff, unless she's C4. A third means she loses out on atk%. Anemo and dendro don't give her the atk% buff, either. Furthermore, the type of teams you could just drop her into, like, say, Hyperbloom, are the types of teams that you could drop pretty much anyone into. These teams have the freedom to add Navia because they only need three characters to do their thing. And for the rest of the team, the elemental reactions between them need to be ones that let her crystalize, else you get much less use out of her. So she's great with two of the same element, like Benny+Xiangling, or certain combos, like electro+hydro. But when you have things like overload, vaporize, or hyperbloom, the elemental application of the characters matters. And 80k damage, well, that's not really much, in places where the mobs don't just fall over if you glance at them. Now, she isn't a bad pull, so I'd say there's no reason to skip her if you want her, but she's also an easily skippable character. Nothing about her kit has sufficient value that should cause you to pull the trigger if you are on the fence about her. There's likely to be a bit of buyer's remorse about her, long run, I think, by people seeing all these videos praising her, without them realizing that she has her drawbacks as well, and that most teams will want a 4th teammate that has team-wide synergy, rather than one that is just there because anyone could be there. Meaning that once the initial shine wears off, they won't use her that much. Short version: Much of what you say here also applies to Albedo. Also, I have her, with cons, and I have her weapon. I like her. I find her fun and effective. This is no way meant to discourage people who want her from getting her. She's a good, solid character. But people should know what they are getting if they go for her, especially if they are F2P.

​@@Axterix13That's already a given, every character has downsides and teams they excel on, and the point of a team is to set up plays. Basically not exclusive to Navia.

With Geo's bad rep (which it does deserve for its multiple limitations), she needed to have it all to be attractive for most players to want to pull for. And I say this as a Geo main.

There is also a combo with XQ, Fischl, and Beidou. You don't have Furina to boost Navias damage but it's nice for AoE.

This combo is what I am doing in recent times. Especially when Navia is solo Geo as that allows to generate shards for her before she even enters the field plus she regains more energy. That combo certainly is the fastest way to unload her damage. ~Foxfire

@@Juice-chan that very exact situation is 80% of navia's on-field time and highly needed for Nighttime Whisper's 4 piece set bonus to reach 150%. "Be covered by a crystallized shield"

you get the idea sorta! what people need to remember is navia can't abuse reactions. chars who can't abuse reactions will have innately higher numbers because of this for example, navia deals MORE damage than alhaitham. but alhaitham's TEAMS deal more damage than navia's teams however, navia is still very good since huge frontload like this is extremely valuable & she can slot-in as a neuv sub-DPS quite well (remember he's the best carry in the game rn!) you're basically adding +800k nukes (adding both charges) to your team of choice

Yeah she might fall behind in the long term but in abyss there's no long term And her role isn't specifically meant to be a dps you can use her as a sub dps while using another on field dps with 2 off field Support And id say she's a beast against any single boss enemy

The only broken DPS in this game (at C0) are Al Haitam and Neuvilette.

I don't rely on just elem skill on navia she also has a passive after using elem skill, increases dmg on normal and charge attacks by 40% and Geo infusion

Yup, you can most definitely do max against multiple enemies. That said, the AoE isn't wide (which is nice if enemies line up in front of you, since you can hit them all with lots of bullets, but not so nice when they line up perpendicular to you) and not too long ranged. She also likes have 2 PECH characters and a geo, which means no room for an anemo for teams that give her what she likes, meaning no easy grouping. So you generally won't hit as many enemies as you would like ;)

It is a pretty decent sword. It us weaker than Serpent Spine but still viable. you can use it over sac sword in support navia teams

You should use benette before Noelle as Noelle snapshots Benetts attack buff than. If you use Benett after she won't have any benefit from his Buff until the end of her burst uptime.

If it makes you feel better I fully invested in Navia (pulled her C1 and her Weapon R1) when I was planning to also pull for my first copy of Raiden but I’m skipping her now 😁

C2R1 raiden is really strong! but if you ask me, save your money when you can ofc, however i'd choose C2 raiden due to flexibility

Free to play you’d want tidal shadow with at least c1 Noelle for healing. This is probably Collei’s best team if you have her side winder upgrade constellation

i think using XQ over collei is a better choice here, or any other hydro, it'll work but collei kind of sucks here, i don't advise wasting dendro where its not BIS/works not too great

@@Juice-chan just to help create shards and tenacity buff. Furina is c6 and she can max the fanfare herself. Also helps Furinas dmg with the EC reaction. Kuki is c4 so she has perma skill uptime and the extra proc from c4 so I'm never hurting for bullets.
