This is so easy to do! and you can be very creative with the different techniques you use to create your designs. This is just a basic tutorial of how to turn large t-shirts into tank tops! the possibilities are endless from here!
I'll be updating this tutorial with other t-shirt cutting techniques so stay tuned and be sure to let me know if you have any suggestions!

Thanks for this video! I have had this awesome tee from Boy Meets Girl which has just gotten to stretched out and loose to wear but I couldn't bear to part with it. Turning it into a tank made it a great running shirt! Thanks again!

Roll the seam part of the arm pit bit in but about 1cm and do a sew a simple X on there (just 1, no need to go over it or anything, the stitch may end up too noticeable if you do. If it comes loose, just do it again). It helps keep the arm pit part in without it sticking out and without the need of any complicated stitching.

What would be the best way to cute a more fitted tee?have you ever done this before? You know how like most cut tees are the bigger baggier ones? I was wondering if there was a cool way to cut fitted tees. I have this one, its not just cotton, its cotton and polyester and I was just wondering if there cute ways to cut it and make it look good.

You should try them on a tighter fitting shirt will hug your body more as if you get a baggy shirt it will fall loosely. It depends on the style that your looking for

This is cool, but I'm a guy & I can't find any tutorials on how to make a more masculine version. I just tried this on an old t-shirt (that I wasn't going to wear anymore anyway) & it came out HORRIBLY! I want it to be more open under the arms as well. PLEASE HELP! :)
