Awesome car and GREAT engine choice! However the true equivalent to a 2JZ is the 12v Cummins. A turbo and some minor fueling upgrades and you can have a horsepower and torque king!

The engine Block is the same the 2jz and the om606 are great tuning engines. As i worked on my own om606 i noticed how easy it is to make it sound good be reliable and still get 400hp+

OM606 is super popular tuner engine here in Finland, even one drift team from here uses it. and the power you can get out of it is amazing. european Diesel 2JZ and european petrol 2JZ is BMW M52

I should have done my F-body conversion back on the day.... (life took over and got in the way) Those Mercedes diesels are awesome... It's one of the few OEM diesels that actually revs to 6000 rpm without problems

Reminds me of Roadkill's Rotsun with its 5.0 Ford V8 and a Powerstroke turbo. Except... you know... this looks better, probably isn't a deathtrap, won't fall apart if you look at it too hard, stuff like that.

Definitely a dream of mine to own one! I loved the 240 build from Gas Monkey Garage and almost cried when I found out it burned to the ground in a freak accident! It was a sad day for the 240 community. 😥 Please build one in its honor so that I may win it, take it home, drive it and keep it safe.
