I am a quilter and love to sew. You are so right about being vigilante about closing your rotary cutter EVERYTIME you set it down. I got lazy, or just forgot onetime and it was sitting on the edge of my cutting table. I accidentally hit it with my arm and it flipped off the table and landed blade down on my foot. I always sew barefooted (I cannot sew with shoes on.) it cut my foot and I liked to have never got the bleeding to stop! Just take the advice, always close your rotary cutter. I don’t have little critters but I love the idea of making the snuggle sack for my cats. I think they would enjoy them so much!

I wish I had more time to quilt. I love it, but I have so much to learn about it. I taught myself how to sew, and I mainly sew for my animals, but there are some other areas I can’t wait to learn more about! And I sew without shoes too 😂

Did cut out the part where you finished the blanket on purpose or was that a editing error im guessing an error considering you referenced the blanket several times while finishing the hammock

Im so sorry, I think I cut it out by accident. After I stitched it, I flipped in right side out and topped stitched it the same way I did the round hammock.
