Josh, make sure you use the clamps to secure pex to the bottom of your floor joists. Keep it up and fastened. Otherwise, the crawl space will be a nightmare spaghetti bowl. Water lines and electric wiring need to be fastened up for safety.

We built our house (finished a few months ago) and I did all the switches and outlets while my husband did other projects. Some of those were quite a chore to do, especially the spot with 4 light switches! So many wires to keep straight! Haha. It's fun to learn new skills though. Love the little updates.

wow, Josh, it looks like you found a new picking source. About the popcorn ceilings, get a garden sprayer and spray the ceilings with water. Get it really wet and let it sit for a few minutes. If they have multiple coats of paint, you may have to repeat the process a couple times. Eventually the water will soak through and the popcorn will scrape off.

I really thought you'd actually keep the radioactive sign to decorate a bit. Shed flips has their wall full of awesome signs and I think it would be fun if you would give this sign a nice spot in the warehouse too :D Although your walls are a loooot bigger so I get that you can't just cover them completely with signs haha.
