did taking that little spoiler off leave any holes in the trunk where the new duckbill couldnt cover? im wanting to do the same thing to my Z, get rid of the little wing and get a duckbill but im worried that the duckbill wont cover the holes...

I got that same duckbill on my 350z, Would’ve definitely just got a rocket bunny if I knew it’d be such a pain in the ass. For starters, the tape will not hold down that hard plastic. Especially in the cold. And when you put it on you really wanna make sure you stick down the middle then even it out to the sides. I forget what my body shop used to stick it but I think it might’ve been double sided adhesive tape. I also had to bolt it on the sides of my trunk because the tape wouldn’t hold it. In the cold the middle may pop up like mine did and if that’s the case and you have it painted it’ll get stress cracks also like mine 🤣 would definitely be careful with that thing. It’s solid but I wouldn’t get it painted 😂 If you’re looking for a duckbill just go to Z1 and get a Rocket bunny. They’re aggressive asf and sturdy as hell, the gap on the bottom is also a lot thicker Vs the KBD where they give you little tiny screws and don’t even pre drill in the holes to the spoiler for where it’s supposed to be screwed in 🤦🏼‍♂️ Great vid though bro glad you finally got a 350 🤝🏼
