Since my “giving myself a makeover” video was such a hit, I decided to do a little twist on it and give myself a makeover again - ANGEL STYLE! With the VS fashion show coming up and of course since I LOVED the Kardashian Jenner sisters all dressed up as angels for halloween, I decided to copy them and I try it for myself! So here is a ridiculously #extra “get ready with me” tutorial before and after style of me turning myself into a supermodel Victoria’s Secret Angel!

PS - in case you decided to comment before watching all the way to the end, I filmed this video about a week before the disgusting comments made by the brand's spokesperson. Originally I was going to re-film a new video, but I decided to post this anyway IN SPITE of what they said to show that ANYONE can be an angel (no matter what some old dude's opinion may be). I'm short with tiny legs and would never in a million years be cast as their "ideal girl", but I made myself an angel ANYWAY. Inner beauty shines first from within always, and if you want to throw on a pair of wings and some saucy lingerie to make it match the inner glow GO FOR IT!!! I loved the end so much! I don't know why I didn't watch this before. It's been almost a year since I been struggling with my weight. For most part of my life, I was "blessed" with a friendly metabolism that made me capable of eat whatever I wanted, not work out and still have the body I wanted. But for the last year I gained over 22 pounds because of my depression and anxiety meds. I started to work out and eat healthier and still be overweight and that was super frustrating. But seeing you show your own "flaws" and feel confident and beautiful regardless is contagious. Thank you, Amber. ❤️

I am currently 9 weeks almost 10 weeks pregnant and have been feeling like crap/looked like crap! Pregnant mommy's know what I mean when I say the last thing you want to do is take a shower after a day of only throwing up..lol Amber you have brought the spice back in my shower routines, makeup routines and everything else! The last few seconds totally made my day. I've really been trying to work on loving myself, because the last few months I've become very concerned with my weight and size, even though I'm not overweight at all. I'm going to try to change the inside, rather than the outside. This last part really inspired me even more. Thank you for being honest. Hey Amber! I just wanted to say thank you so much for being open about everything, especially shaving your arms; the topic was usually meet with a lot of defensive behavior when I was growing up. I ended up being ashamed of both having hair on my arms /and/ removing the hair that naturally grew there, and I'm sure a lot of other girls felt the same way about making that decision. Even though I'm technically an adult now it still makes me nervous and ashamed, so seeing a beautiful woman I look up to being honest about it in an amazingly shameless way is really inspiring. It makes me feel more comfortable doing what I want to do to make myself happy. Thank you 💖

Amber is literally my favourite KZfaqr like I'm so insecure about my stretch marks and extra weight and when I look at girls like Amber I wish that I can look like them too but she shows us that we're all the same and we should all love ourselves

Omg thanklkkkkkk youuuuuuuu!!!!!! I literally just had a conversation with my family about the comments the Victoria secrets CEO made. They think that it’s alright, cause their catering to the clientele and the 1% doesn’t matter....... as a minority in many “categories” I didn’t appreciate that comment. This video inspired me so much that no mater how much my views matter differ from my family to stick by them and support what I believe in. I’m sorry I believe that a brand should always try to inclusive as they can be. It’s important to teach young girls that just because you don’t fit one specific mold doesn’t mean their any less or can’t get the same teen or brand as others. They are many other points I can go on to say but imma just leave it at this tiny little rant.
