I think the reason why people like them is bc of the fabric they use, it’s minkie. It’s very very soft and calming

When I think about Squishmallows I literally think of froggycrossing, smart idea!

I'm not even into frogs - Squish or AC, but I'd die for Phillipe the villager. The Squish version is very popular, but he had one release so he's hard to get, so Wendy is the main frog representative lol. All these villagers are adorable and I'd love to see more. My votes are Cinda the pumpkin spice cat, Cam the cat, Harrison the dog, Farryn the deer, Leonard the lion, Belton the new lemon bear, Brooke and Omar the bears, Noodles the duck in a chicken costume, Adabelle the new strawberry frog, and Strawberry Reshma the cow (be careful in cow territory, that's where the biggest toxicity is lol). And for funsies, maybe one of the Squish-Doo abominations (but I low-key kinda like some of them). And yeah, Squish people are either the nicest people ever or the most toxic, depends on what side you land on. Just look into the strawberry Hot Topic cow debacle. Hot Topic locations now don't post about drops.

I'd like to mention that since squishmallows are such a big trend, there's bound to be some rude/hostile people. Most people I've seen/met that are into squishmallows are pretty chill. Also I actually have a Reginald! (They're actually the one that someone on the wiki dubbed as 'anime Reginald' because the Valentine's Day squishmallows have different eyes)

I didn’t even know the ice cream variant existed but I love it Also yeah there’s a reason as to why I don’t actively get involved with the squishmallow fan base. "Why are these fans so hostile?" They bought plushies to cope instead of going to therapy, becoming unhealthily attached to them to the point of feeling personally attacked by the slightest hint at an insult. I've left several plush collector groups because of stuff like that, but it made me take my butt to my sessions so I don't become them.

For Sabrina, I think if you put her in a tube top or hula top you'll be able to see a bit of her rainbow belly.

I love these villagers designs! Sabrina was definitely my favorite, but all of them were great!

I thought the acnh community was wholesome too until I was attacked for having a different opinion and asking to be respected for having a different perspective as I respected theirs..none of them can agree to disagree and start vendettas.. so this doesn't surprise me

With the growing collections I've seen from collecters, both serious & casual, it feels like they're this gens version of Beanie Babies...but cuter 😆

as a squishmallow collector, i am incredibly afraid of other squishmallow fans. there’s nothing scarier than trying to check Five Below for a squish you want, and being met with swarms of people desperately gripping armfuls of these poor things

Aww they look so cute as villagers though! I also don't really get Squishmallow. They seem like the plush equivalent of Funko pops. Really low effort easy to pump out designs that in 5 years I'll find for $5 a gallon bag at goodwill.

I like squishes because they make rlly good pillows 😁 only capping my collection at 4 or 5 though because I think collecting multiples of the same squish in different sizes is too space consuming. It's cool if that's what some ppl like and have room/time for, but I don't 🤣

I was just normal grocery shopping one day and I really love plushies, so I noticed this stand with some squishmallows and I was like "woah, they are cute :o And soft!!!" so I bought Bowie the Hedgehog and I told a friend about it and they were like "Oh, I know them, they are super popular!" and I was like...
