Does lifesteal build not meta in the game? Did not have time to try out the game yets but see lots of Serath gameplay people not usually build or invest to huge lifesteal source much but prefer to build HP or Armour instead

Some lifesteal is fine, but it is best to increase her general survivability since she can get mowed down very easily.
