The first level of Sonic Adventure 2 doesn't emulate well of many systems. I'd recommend trying a couple of other big games before giving up on Dreamcast games on the Series S.

Make sure to download the dev tool with the green background with the new consoles on it and not the one with a black background like wulff did. That is an older version for XBox one and it will constantly ask to update.

Was gonna do it then noticed you had to pay eh na I’m alri I’ll jus boot my switch into this function and get the games for free like that I’ve already emulated the Wii so how hard can the switch be right 😅

Well if bob can hack his xbox, so can you. For real though i'v only messed with og xbox dev kits so IDK about newer xboxs but you should be able to install the xdk app thing on your windows computer and then your xbox should show up as a network device, then you can move files to and from it over the network without the stupid usb thing. Slowdowns on some newer games was probs more from trying to cache a 1.4 GB gamecube disk then a 4 MB snes game. Although there may be a way to copy files with that web portal like how you install retroarch with it but yeah idk how to new xbox lol.
