I bought a 2003 civic Lx as my first car in 2005 and fell in love with the brand. 2015 I bought a 2015 civic si. Im blessed to say it’s not my only car but it is 100% my favorite car and favorite brand. Live the dream bro. You will love it.

RIP to that rotrex unit soon from getting overspun. From the rotrex website's formula for maximum pulley size: Impeller RPM= (Max engine RPM X Engine Crank Pulley Diameter X Supercharger Drive Ratio) / Pulley Diameter (8600RPM X 146mm X 9.49) / 105mm = 113,482 RPM at the supercharger. Rotrex C30-94 Supercharger is rated at a max of 100,000 RPM per their technical handbook so assuming this is a C30-94 Unit and is being used with a stock K20Z3 crank pulley (146mm), this rotrex unit is being 13% overspun. In this case a safe redline would be 7600RPM. Might be okay to push it to 8K with about a 5% overspin but either way this is an extremely common mistake that many tuners make on these kits. If your setup is different let me know but this is often why people blow up their superchargers and give kraftwerks a bad rep. If my calculations are incorrect feel free to roast me.

@@donttrip8314 I wish the Accord V6 wasn’t so heavy, but my 9th gen Accord I4 6MT was boosted for about half a year, and I pulled on so many FBO and tuned V6 Accord’s LOL I’m not saying the I4 is meant to be super quick and light, cause it definitely has it’s cons. I blew out the transmission, and the 2nd and 3rd gear synchros started having issues when I drove the car around even 36k mi. Whoever owned it most likely banged the shit out of the transmission/gearbox brand new and never ever decided to change the gear oil/trans fluid.

Even the 6MT in my 9th gen Accord I4 (K24W1) didn’t hold up it’s 2nd and 3rd gear synchros. I literally had to religiously change the gear oil/trans fluid with every oil change, cause I did kinda drive my car hard at least every other day or 2 days. My engine was boosted for about half a year, with a used Slick Fab kit and some other additional make-shift parts I got from other online KZfaqr’s. I pulled on all of the FBO and tuned Accord V6’s, both the AT and MT models. Ofc, the I4 Accord isn’t made to be banged on and raced by the manufacture LMFAO but let’s be real, it’s fun as hell to build a decent #sleeper build

I challenge a turbo EG with a laptop at a meet ended up putting buses on the guy, he was a good sport. I lined it up with a lambo right after that run an he didn’t want any smoke straight bitch that goes too all of them owners they never want too race. Much respect an props to the Honda community y’all are always humble an down for a run.

I have an fbo 9th gen I make about 265 and I wouldn’t want the smoke ether 🤣🤣🤣 I feel for homie in the white 9th gen lmao 🤣 and the build is dope bruh it’s so weird having it soo quite with the supercharger 🤣 that is the definition of sleeper 👌👌 keep up the great work my man 👍👍

You can hear the BOV opening around 6800-7000 rpm. Thats the boost loss at high rpm he was talking about

just be careful due to stock header and exhaust it can create big back pressure which is bad for your k series.

If it’s a stock 10G Accord 1.5T, don’t bother. If it’s a stock 2.0T Sport, also don’t bother. Unless it’s a 2.0T Sport that has an upgraded turbo with a good tune and nice bolt-on’s, then that’s a challenge. Both the 10AT and 6MT models are good competition. I haven’t seen much of turbo swaps and such on the 1.5T Accord models, but I know that the 6MT models are obviously superior compared to their CVT models. So if you ever see a modded manual 10G Accord 1.5T Accord, I’d still take it with a grain of salt if you see them with something like an actual anti-lag tune setup. lol

@@Slo330 lmao. Wasn’t talking about a stock accord. Tuned accord w/ mhi S2 makes around 400whp, even more if they got meth. Then you can run on vp gas & even nos if your crazy with it. Pair that with a 10 speed AT & you got a beast. Accord can beat cars making more power just because the at. Seen a couple vids on fb groups as well as KZfaq. That civic vs an accord would be an interesting race.

This blue Civic Si is his budget build, that’s why he hasn’t messed with it too much, unlike the black Civic Si. The budget build still currently has stock parts, like the exhaust and header, so it’s definitely not able to make as much power as the FBO turbo black Civic that he has.

8600 is the limit for the z3 oil pump. my tuner set mine to 8600 also, but i usually shift at 8 most of the time anyways. If he drops a valve its gonna be from the boost causing valve float on the stock springs not high rpm
