Welcome back to another thought-provoking episode of Impact Theory! Today we're diving into the complex world of relationships and social dynamics with the insightful psychologist, Sadia Khan.
In this eye-opening, hard to hear discussion, we examine how the allure of beauty on social media has transformed the landscape of modern relationships, often leading women to prioritize their appearance while men lose sight of relationship values that are important to selecting well.
Hear me when I say, there is NOTHING that has brought me more joy and wellbeing in my life than my 21 year marriage with Lisa. From material wealth to millions of followers, downloads, awards and sales, nothing has mattered more to me.
If you want to master life, you have to master pair bonding.
Sadia is a psychologist and relationship expert known for seemingly controversial viewpoints when it comes to modern dating and the roles men and women are taking. We unpack the negative implications of:
- Over-glorifying a single trait,
- The importance of core values such as honesty, integrity, respect, and care for your partner's well-being, and
- How manipulation can shape relationships for better or worse.
This conversation challenges societal norms and expectations. We talk about the value of monogamy, the misunderstood perceptions of feminism, and if the independent woman is creating her own roadblocks for true connection.
Wait till you hear Sadia’s view on women submitting to their men in relationships. Is it necessary? Is it a natural inclination for women? Why are women struggling so much with the idea of submitting to their male partners?
This episode isn't just about love and relationships; we’re going to expose the misconceptions often spread by 'red pill' content that’s targeting the weak and vulnerable men in need of healthier perspectives when it comes to women, love, and relationship power dynamics.
Your journey to a better understanding of human behavior and relationships starts here.
SADIA KHAN QUOTES:
“What social media has done is allowed women a platform to kind of showcase their body, their preferences, basically put themselves in the marketplace.”
“We have to start learning to reject rather than glorifying the one ingredient we like.”
“If I dilute my experience with you by also talking to Tom, Dick and Harry, what will happen is I'm wasting energy not realizing that you might be really bad for me, [...] it creates internal chaos, whereas internal consistency will allow us to know what's good and bad for us.”
“Feminism has taught women that catering and appreciating and showing love for your man is babying him and he should be a grown up and he should do it himself.”
“A secure, healthy woman is not attracted to men who treat her mean, she's attracted to a man who has a willingness to leave if she misbehaves too much.”
“Just because it doesn't hurt doesn't mean it's not a deal breaker.”
“When I talk about narcissistic women it is because we've tilted it where women are automatic victims and sometimes they are the narcissist in the relationship.”
“I always say to men that competition is not other men. It's her childhood. If it's totally chaotic, no matter how much stability you provide her, she'll find it very, very difficult to settle into that stable relationship.”
“When you meet a man who is such a safe bet and so secure, submission is a natural consequence, [...] You'd be missing out on a great connection simply because you want to maintain your independence. But independence is overrated.”
“I don't recommend ever being with a man that you can control. You become a woman that you don't like.”
“I don't necessarily know that the woman needs to submit, but the guy needs to lead.” Tom Bilyeu
“Good women are not attracted to money. They're attracted to the process of a disciplined, self-controlled man. But vacuous women are attracted to the outcome, not the process.”
“If you couldn't access her without money, then chances are any man with money can access her.”

Arranged marriage does not mean someone forces you to marry someone. Arranged marriage means you recommend people that come from good family's and you chose each other who you like the most. So please stop spreading false meaning on what arranged marriage means.

I mean, even in the great depression marriage rates plummeted. If a man cannot provide for a family (which is all about money), then a woman should not marry him to begin with. So my thoughts on that statement are mixed; yes a shallow woman who wants luxury over anything else should be avoided, but we have to face the facts that a guy has to be able to provide for a family.

Bro, if it takes money to get her she's trash - what is another word for girls that do things for money with men they don't really care about? It's called prostitution. So if you hear a female ask what you do for a living leave, she's not interested in YOU whatsoever, she is only interested in ehrself, and money. People like that are useless trash, and not wife-material.

So interesting how her feminist ""sisters"" attack her physicality calling her an ""ugly slut"" and things at that level. This is an hilarious unmasking of the actual ugly face of feminism as it truly is in its netherly crypt. Underneath all the fake intellectual, high and mighty, system-sponsored, societally polished, washed-tomb, feminist Pharisee's facade, is discovered the demonically hideous high priestesses of Molochite-worshipping sacrificers of innocent babies to their Baal god of abortion and sodomite orgy death rituals. Underneath it all are just plain old, foul-mouthed, female Jezebel dogs waiting to bare the hidden horror of their ROTTING SOULS. Those she-servants of the Worm-king would rather burn in hell than surrender their souls to a loving and righteous, heavenly Father. When will they learn? He would forgive them if they were only humble enough to receive his gift of love. Sadia is very friendly, and intelligent and brave and has a very sweet spirit and going in the right direction even if so far it has been somewhat coloured by muhammedism which also has its own dark sides unfortunately. We can always pray that she and her eventual husband-to-be will find the true Spirit of Christ that is so lacking in our modern Western societies. All the best parts of our Western culture were inspired by the words and Spirit of Christ Jesus to the point that we are STILL seeing the positive effects to this day even if the sun is setting on that as well because of the love so many are abandoning for lesser things of this world like temporal power and pleasure. Yet there is a reason why her family moved to the West in the first place. THEY SIMPLY THRIVED HERE AMONGST US PSYCHOLOGICALLY CHRISTIAN PEOPLE BETTER THAN THEY WOULD HAVE AMONGST THEIR OWN. Facts.

As someone whose ex-spouse cheated and abandoned our marriage, finances, and family, I can say that it is 100% his fault. But that would be less than honest if I didn't look at how I also impacted the relationship too. I tolerated far too much abuse, disrespect, and unhealthy boundaries, and therefore, it was almost inevitable he would take it to its natural conclusion; betrayal. It seems you misunderstood. Sadia is not condoning cheating, by either partner, but is advocating looking at what both contribute to the breakdown of the relationship. Whoever cheats is ultimately very broken and is coping from a place of trauma that is not the fault of the other partner. Looking at myself in the mirror through all that I endured was one of the most critical elements to my healing @@JmGmail

But those petty hearted people should not dominate any narrative. Choose yourself, and learn how to explain your wishes and wants in a non aggressive and oppresive way that allows combat and turns into a fight, for a man it's important to master the skill of being unmoved, because women rarely understand this skill, do not match her energy or it's not going to last. If you have confidence in your own desires then you can make people accept those, even admire you. Instead of being mad over the things they have been taught and how they think they will get their way. Also, you can mold women, even ones that are broken, but sometimes it can be dangerous, a lunatic is not worth working on. Key things to look out for are malignant lying and small acts of violence towards you, these people are capable of exploding, ignoring morals and do terrible things to others.

I’m so glad you blew the top off the red pill pandemic. A couple years back I decided to listen to a few of these guys, and it didn’t take me long to figure out that they are hurt men that have not genuinely processed their life traumas, or pain from separation. I’ve recently hung out with an old friend that lives by the red pill community. That was the last time I saw him. Men, take ownership of your life. If you lost a high value woman, do the work to bring yourselves up, not destroy her. Be the high value man, and a high value woman will find you. Hell, maybe even the one that left you.

What i loved about this interview is 1. The level of honesty in Sadia in admitting her expertise is capped in some areas and is actually looking for more data to complete her own opinion on a subject by asking Tom. 2. Tom's honesty in sharing his personal experience and wisdom. 3. Sadia teaching the rules to a healthy relationship and Tom embodying that example. In life one can learn to recognize toxicity but will continue to make the same mistakes due to an inability to create a new path to replace the toxic one. Seeing Sadia's theory come alive through Tom's real life experience and witnessing Tom sharing real steps towards a healthy partnership is priceless. I have trained myself to be hyperaware of toxic patterns but I lack the ability to recognize what to replace them with, to recognize what the alternative should be and Tom brought such clarity to this subject for me and of course this was accomplished because his guest was Sadia.

It's everyone's experience not just yours - more females in the workplace or any place = more problems. Same thing goes for the gyms, problems problems - if we create only-female spaces and only male-spaces let's compare stats after a year or so and you will find and see just how problematic females are and all they do is fight, and disagree, and get jealous, and hurt, and bla bla, they love drama and they love attention, if they don't get it they get bored.
@Nah-ah

@@beedebawng2556 I meant to write “women being difficult to to other women in the workplace.” Women tend be nasty to other women in the workplace. It can be bc you’re younger, attractive, come from a certain class/family/ethnicity/you’re intelligent/smart and especially if other people also find you attractive, and it used to get worse when they saw male colleagues chatting to me! I don’t know if it was a competitive thing, maybe! 🤔 I never stopped to ask. It’s crazy bc my then bf (now husband) was always very present and everyone knew him where I worked. The annoying thing is someone made something up about me and another male work colleague as a joke and my bf found out and that was a hurtful thing. It still blows my mind to this day. Women gossip and especially bring other women down if they feel threatened in some way. I never understood it bc I’m the youngest of 5 girls and I’ve always been cared for by my older siblings and I’ve always looked up to them and other women especially older women (still do) and 3/4 of times I wasn’t really appreciated. The same thing happened to me in school as well, all the way to high school.

Based on my experience, the only reason the divorce rate is low is because of the huge social stigma a divorce presents within these cultures. If you are divorced, the chances of you getting another arranged marriage are effective zero. So they both stay with each other out of fear, and this breeds massive resentment. I have uncles and aunties, who have been married for decades, have a nice home, children, but there is absolutely no romantic connection whatsoever, some sleep in separate rooms…

Arranged marriage just means arranged to meet the other person. The potential couple ultimately has the choice to be married or not. At least, that's what arranged marriages are like now. Back in the day I'm sure parents chose spouses for their children without push back.

"You should not be offended by reality, it truth offends you, you have a problem." Thank you Sadia Khan! I think this is the key issue that we as society face. When someone points out something where I made a blind (perhaps unknowing or unaware) compromise, I thank the person, even if it hurts. This is what it means to be a responsible adult. And yes, the more it hurts, the harder it is to look inside and face the truth, or, at least, take steps towards seeking it. Throwing a tantrum because compromised values or standards or actions were exposed is extremely childish. High time for our society to grow up.

It's such a relief to hear a woman say that it's not only natural for a woman to submit to a man, but it's also healthy. I have found that I truly do better in life with a man by my side. I am capable and can take care of myself, but it's stressful. Having a loving, caring partner whom I can trust makes all the difference in the world. In my last relationship I couldn't trust my partner. He had poor judgement and was deceitful. This was even more exhausting than trying to handle life on my own. Now I'm with a man I adore and trust and to whom I do submit (although that's not something he asks for). I have a huge amount of respect for him and I feel loved and cared for by the endless number of things he does to help make life easier for me. It's such a relief and I am so glad to know that I am fulfilling a natural role. Modern feminists would have women feel weak and backwards for wanting a man to help care for them. It's a breath of fresh air to have someone so articulately explain why it's good and natural for a woman to feel calmer and reassured with a good man by her side. Thank you Sadia.

I enjoyed this conversation for the most part and agreed with probably 90% of the points outlined. The area I have contention with is the focus on women having to understand that men require them, in a marriage, serving them food, getting their needs met domestically. This is difficult for a lot of women when we are working full time, being a mother full time, caring for the household responsibilities and men are required to have a job. This is absolutely ridiculous. Women would be able to handle all the responsibilities of running a home and family without the full time job they have to have to keep the family surviving. There is no mention of men changing their old style of work, come home be served and cared for and mowing the lawn once a week or shoveling snow. Men should also contribute to the running of the home and caring of the children, it would ease up time for a woman to concentrate some of her time to catering to her husband. I am 60+ yo old woman. I have seen a lot of change because of feminism. I use to experience harassment as a 12 yo girl delivering papers, older men cat calling me or making sexual comments about me. As a teenager, I worked in a BBQ joint and my boss smacked me in the butt and I got fired because I told him not to touch me ever again. As a teenager up to my young adulthood, I was turned down for raises or promotion because the boy/man I was "competing" with was deemed more favorable because he was working towards raising a family. Things are not that way today but I can certainly attest to the fact that my experience may have been anecdotal but a lot of women experienced those types of things in the 50s, 60s, 70s and even the 80s.

I think it is very dangerous for a person to grow up to "accept authority". I think that a responsible parent would teach their children to question authority, and ultimately to become their own authority. A society full of individuals who "accept authority" is an irresistible temptation to be expoited by someone who's power-obsessed.

Still, I was actually surprised by how much I do agree with some of what she says, or at least can arrive to a similar conclusion as her, even if for different reasons (like you, I find a lot of religious ideals line up with my own morals/habits that I have chosen for myself, but through science, observation, and coincidence rather than because of religious stories). I really appreciate that you can both agree and disagree and discuss with respect and nuance, not just back and forth shouting about feminist/tradition/whatever.

Feminism, it's an illusion to suck women into believe they can do anything a man can do. In reality feminism is simply a whip to crack on men. Let's see how long that whip of yours can keep cracking.

What a FANTASTIC INTERVIEW. I’ve watched multiple of Shadia’s interviews, and this is the best one so far. What wonderful questions and such insightful questions. Seems like you both forgot about the cameras in the room and were just having a conversation. What a gift, thank you both.

This conversation has been very enlightening. They are covering everything. I’m learning what I’ve been doing wrong, but don’t feel comfortable telling my partner how he hurts me, so it builds up until I can’t stand it anymore and lash out. Your conversation is teaching me that I need to show more appreciation and pay closer attention to his queues. I hate it when he punishes me, so changing my behavior is necessary.

I have a finally come to terms (and OK with) being single, because I won’t ever be as beautiful, nor in shape as these women that men on my income level are desiring. So, I focus on my business, constantly working on being as healthy as possible, and vacationing solo. It’s a beautiful thing to be comfortable being single.

True... not to mention women who rely on their beauty will have a tough time in the next 5-10 years with the emergence of AI robots and female AI influencers and chat bots...

Just don't be overweight and you are good to go. Otherwise, anyone can always lose weight

@someone-ji2zb so far I've lost over 120 lb and I have 45 more to go. It's more than just being overweight. It's also going through the healing of childhood trauma. Many times people think it's just as easy as telling someone fat to just stop stuffing their face, but there's a lot of psychology behind it.

I am documenting the complete journey in my videos and shorts here on KZfaq and all of your support is greatly appreciated. By this time next year, I'm going to be a completely different person physically, mentally, and financially. I even did a complete brand shift from the plus-size industry to high ticket coaching & mentoring. I'm listening to podcasts like this every waking hour of the day, simultaneously as I'm working, and one day I will be successful enough to be on one of these shows....rising like the Phoenix from the ashes of hell that I've been through.
